For anyone like me who doesn't really want to go to the doctors and be well 'intruded' this sound like a good news. But read the article before you get excited, it's in testing.

That would be so great. But still, I think there are other things they look for in a pap smear besides cervical cancer. Plus you need to get examped for ovarian cysts and stuff.

When I first went to my current health clinic and told my doctor about the fact that my mother's parents and all 4 of her siblings had cancer, she gave me a speech about how I shouldn't worry about that until we develop the technology to screen for cancer on a genetic level because until then we won't really know how family history is connected to cancer. Maybe soon!

I kind of assued that it was just cervical cancer from the article. And presantly it's not hugely accurate, but if you're someone like me who really can't handle someone you don't know being down there it's great news.
